We are pleased to share leadership news from our USA member, WCM Worldwide, who recently welcomed two experienced executives to their team.
Jim Rinchiuso has been appointed Vice President of Global Procurement. With more than 30 years of logistics expertise, Jim most recently served as Managing Director of Global Ocean at FedEx Logistics, where he frequently worked with WCM. His longstanding relationships with global ocean carriers are expected to bring valuable perspectives that will enhance competitive pricing for WCM’s customers and improve overall margins. His background also includes senior roles at UTi Worldwide, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Agility, UPS Supply Chain Solutions, and Fritz Companies.


Gary Pedersen has joined as Vice President of Supply Chain. Gary brings a wealth of operational and sales experience at a senior level within the transportation industry. Most recently with CEVA Logistics, he led the company’s ocean charter solutions, reefer cargo, and procurement initiatives. He also has strong expertise in international supply chain management, digitisation, and technology, with previous positions at Seabury Maritime, COSCO Shipping, CMA CGM, Kuehne + Nagel, and P&O Nedlloyd. Gary served as a lieutenant in the US Navy, is a US Coast Guard Licensed Third Officer, and holds both a BS in Marine Transportation/International Business from SUNY Maritime College and an MBA from Wagner College. He will be based in WCM’s Charleston, SC office.
