Book Your Room at The Athenee Hotel
Accommodation is not included in the participation fee and should be booked separately.
We have secured a preferential SeaBlue rate at The Athenee Hotel, which is also available for stays up to 3 nights before and after the conference.The hotel booking link will be sent together with your invoice.
We strongly recommend staying at The Athenee. Having everyone under one roof is an important part of what makes our AGM successful. Conversations continue long after the formal sessions end, connections grow stronger, and there is no need to navigate Bangkok traffic late at night.
Hotel reservations are subject to The Athenee Hotel’s cancellation terms and conditions. Rooms can be cancelled up to 30 days before the event.
Joining With a Spouse or Partner?
We’re thrilled to welcome more spouses/partners to our events! We organise opportunities to explore the city together, creating lasting memories while being part the SeaBlue experience.

Cancellation policy
Booking early is risk-free.
- Cancel by 30 June 2027 for a full credit towards future network payments.
- Cancelling between 1 July and 15 August 2027 gives you a 50% credit.
- After 15 August 2027, cancellations will not be credited.
- Your hotel reservation is separate and subject to The Athenee Hotel’s own cancellation terms.
Do You Need a Visa for Thailand?
Before your trip, ensure you verify whether a visa is required for entry into Thailand. We can assist you with invitation letters but we do not manage visa applications on your behalf.

Once your conference registration is complete, we’ll send you the booking link for The Athenee Hotel together with your invoice. Book directly with the hotel, and the SeaBlue rate also applies if you arrive early or stay on after the conference.
